In short, working with Kandi and Rocket Mortgage was amazing. I truly don't know how the whole process could have gone better.
With a bit more detail: I started my home buying experience without a bank or a realtor in mind. I quickly found Rocket Mortgage and was assigned to Kandi. Within a short time (a matter of an hour or so),Kandi reached out to me to introduce herself and get things cooking. ...In short, working with Kandi and Rocket Mortgage was amazing. I truly don't know how the whole process could have gone better.

Within a short time (a matter of an hour or so),Kandi reached out to me to introduce herself and get things cooking. Kandi took the time to understand my financial situation and was able to quickly identify products that would move the process forward. Kandi is so knowledgeable and communicates effectively and had patience for all my gaps in knowledge.
Once our dream home was found and the offer accepted, the remaining steps were very convenient and fast pace (but not confusing). All in all, I'm very impressed with Kandi and Rocket Mortgage.

Kandi will be my first call in the event I look to make another home purchase in the future.

I work long hours, all weekdays and Melissa gave me her time, after 8:30 PM late evenings to speak with me. She was extremely patient to explain every detail of the loan estimates not once, even repeatedly till I was comfortable to understand what I am getting into. After much discussions, I went with another lender, however Rocket came up with a weekend sales program offering better deals, she ...I work long hours, all weekdays and Melissa gave me her time, after 8:30 PM late evenings to speak with me. After much discussions, I went with another lender, however Rocket came up with a weekend sales program offering better deals, she drove more than 35 miles on a Saturday evening to meet my wife and me, explain the benefits and got us a good rate.
