Let me first say that the whole re-finance experience with Rocket was pretty awesome. From the day I first called and my information was taken to the day it closed, communication with me via emails or phone calls were right on time and kept things moving. KUDO's Rocket team, you're amazing! The ability to do everything online was extremely easy and convenient (especially in these troubled times). The only contact I had with a person was when the notary came to my house to do the closing papers (she was amazing too). I would definitely recommend Rocket. The first day was great communication but definitely felt like once I agreed on the rate lock all communication fell off. Was then passed around with other associates until finally someone called me to see if I was still interested in the Loan when I was waiting the whole time on Rocket Mortgages side to finalize everything. Loan closing ended up being delayed almost a whole month
