I doubt our loan would have closed without Sam's persistence and dedication to getting to the bottom of a matter. While I had numerous customer service representatives calling me and asking me for the same information over 5 times, Sam got to the bottom of the matter. Sam was able to reach out to the underwriting department and find out why our loan was stagnant and not moving forward. None of the numerous customer service people who had previously called me had given me any new information. They were simply passing the buck and had no personal knowledge of our file. In my opinion Sam has an excellent work ethic . He was willing to help me any time . A real plus is that Sam is a friendly and personable individual. You can build a working relationship with Sam.
