She was extremely persistent and challenged me to give her that day to attempt to put together an offer for a cash out refinance for my home improvement project. Later that day, she called me with an interest rate, term and program that seemed too good to be true. As my other lender did not require an appraisal, I told Mandy that we were beginning demo work so the timing wouldn't be fast enough.

Mandy challenged me again and worked on scheduling an appraiser within 48 hours (2/21) and told me as long as we get the value required, I could do the cash out refinance (without second mortgage) and we could close and fund within 3-4 weeks. Again, her timing was off but she assured me my loan and situation was the highest priority.

By 2/25, she had the appraisal with all my documents in hand working on finalizing with the underwriters. We signed closing docs on 3/3, loan funded 3/9 (instead of 3/7 due to weekend) and received my cash by 3/10.

I've done several loans before, for clients and personal and I've never experienced a situation like this. A dream come true for my family and I.
