Mark was awesome from the very first phone call - he was knowledeable, efficient, and easy to talk with. We happened to be wrapping up our application at noon on Christmas Eve and he was super accessibly-moreso than we would have ever expected. This is my third home purchase and by far the easiest, most painless one of the bunch. He was quick to respond and was very communicative, letting us know what to expect as the next step and "when you see this statement, this is what it means".

Mostly good experience. Only issue was failing to tell me to stop the auto draft on the loan that was being paid off. Since Rocket Mortgage was paying off Rocket Mortgage I did not know that this needed to be done. Now I am waiting for a refund. Other than this oversight Michael did very well.

From the very first day, he made it the most stress-free experience I have ever encountered with any lender in my lifetime. He kept in touch even when nothing was needed from me so that I knew it was moving forward, explained everything in such a way that I knew what to expect next, and was nearly always available. When he was not I had the correct number to call to get through to someone else who also was able to answer my ?’s ( immediately!)). There was never an “ I’ll get back to you”.
He was so professional and yet so personable. He felt like a trusted friend. I am so glad he was our first point of contact.
