Mandy was super thru the whole process. She has a wonderful personality and wonderful to work with. I did not have a good experience with the loan process because individuals processing our loan had all the required documents and kept asking me for the same documents several times and I faxed several times. If you are lucky enough to work with Jonathan, consider yourself blessed. He made my experience so much more stress free. He has the customer skills that so many other loan officers lack. He was patient, easy to contact, he has a great sense of humor, and he always had the answers I needed. I would choose Jonathan over any other loan officer I have worked with.
