He simplified the process and made sure we understood everything as this was our first home purchase. He found us grants and programs we didn't even know existed in order to maximize our purchasing power while keeping the cash-to-close, the monthly payment and the interest rate well within our comfort zone. I was just poking around on a Saturday afternoon dreaming about getting financially organized, when I spoke with Andy and he helped me see the light, allowed my husband and I to get a plan together to restructure our financing and pay my mortgage off in 7 years with a re-finance. Andy really is a awesome guy, he listened too me {I can tend to talk a bunch} and seemed to ask me the right questions and gave me a feeling that he cares about me as a person and not just another client in the books and this is HUGE.
