I am a Real Estate Agent outside Buffalo New York and just closed on 2 deals with Michael & Rocket Mortgage. It was my first experience with both and I am always nervous when Buyers want to work with a new Loan Officer & Company that i haven't worked with before. Michael was absolutely wonderful to work with. He has helped us since January jumping through the hoops of a new build. Unfortunately, the builder couldn't uphold their original end of the deal and as a result we had to cancel our contract.
