One more thing I feel I should mention is I kind of expected a big company like Rocket Mortgage to have people with little or no personality working with me throughout this process, so I was very surprised when Mr. Gallivan called me up telling me how nice the house was that I was purchasing, he even commented on how great the kitchen looked. Nick is outstanding! I really can't say enough about his professionalism and customer service. Though I know it is not the case, I felt like my transaction was the only one he was working on. This is pretty amazing considering the load most Loan Officers have on their plates. Nick was also very personable and reassuring throughout the whole processes.
