Peter was my banker when I purchased my first home. Since it was my first time, I felt clueless going into it and was very nervous about the process. There ended up being an issue with the appraisal on the home I ultimately purchased (something to do with the previous owner not filing for a building permit with the city for work done in the past). It was no one's fault but it had to be addressed before we could close. Pete went above and beyond to find a solution for the issue. He fought tooth and nail for me to make sure I got to closing in the time needed. He was always keeping in contact with both myself and my realtor to make sure we were all kept in the loop. Pete made the home purchasing experience easy. He explained everything and assured me that he was working his hardest to take care of me in the process. Pete is actually a huge reason why I got my house over all the other offers. I was not the highest offer but because the listing agent had worked with Pete countless times in the past the agent was more comfortable selling the house to me.

It was amazing. I talked to him just a few times in the process, and the closing went so smooth. It was amazing , for the nightmare normally called a mortgage application, even for customers ( I am a Realtor) are offered a refinance by their own mortgage company, and are so over qualified , but still have to jump through to many hoops.
