Rocket Mortgage's Bill Richeson was my first contact. He was clear and concise and explained how his company could help me. Most of the transaction to refinance was done over the telephone and via the Internet. There was no high pressure sales pitch; just the numbers that I needed to hear. I am paying $1,200 less a month and now am considering staying put and traveling more once my last kid is in college.
Bill is a solid, honest man.
