Cass has overseen this transaction from the word go resulting in a very fast closure. We sign the papers on Monday the 21st. We started this on November 1st.
Cass has constantly followed up with us to ask if we were OK with everything and if we had any questions. We were pleasantly surprised by the attention Cass gave to us showing that he was on top of our re-finance process.
I am very glad that I was able to find such a knowledgeable person such as Cass. He is very, very customer driven. He makes sure that all the information is there for you and always available - at any time- to talk with you by phone. I cannot say enough as to how impressed we are with Cass.
