He kept moving the loan process forward and when it went to the underwriters and then to the escalation specialist and closing specialist, he still monitored everything and kept me informed. Cass is the best in the business, bar none! Rocket Mortgage is the best in the business, I should know after my experience with Bank of America. I cannot thank this man enough as he saved me money which will take me through my retirement without the larger monthly payment that I was facing. I told Cass about my home at the beach, my lifestyle, and why I wanted to refinance the mortgage to a lower interest rate. Cass listened and immediately drew up a plan. Then the problem, began, and it was all about me. You see, I had spoken to countless mortgage brokers who wanted to...Wow! Where do I begin this review of Cass. I bought my house high and when the market dipped, the house fell underwater. Yikes! Could Cass be for real? The market was up...? Was there a possibility I could close with a new mortgage rate? I talked myself out of continuing the discussion with Cass. I gave up. He didn't! He called me periodically to chat. He remembered the story about the book I had written.
