I am a first-time home buyer. In May 2017 I called Rocket Mortgage I was not sure what to expect. Cass answered the call and I have been amazed ever since. Cass is phenomenal. He answered all my questions. We started the application process over the phone and by the end of the call, I was approved and the approval letter was emailed to me. I felt very comfortable speaking with him. By the end of our conversation, I informed Cass that not only was I looking to purchase my first home but my daughter was about to start the process also. So, of course, I had her call Cass. Cass got her approved and she closed on her townhouse at the end of June 2017.
Cass and the Rocket Mortgage team are the best. I will be closing on my home this week. Cass and the team have been there all the way. I will refer everyone to Cass and the Rocket Mortgage team. Thank you, Cass and the Rocket Mortgage team.

He got us approved in a very short time. During the entire process he kept me informed via email, phone calls and texts.
