Not only did he offer us several options, he took the time to insure we understood our options and chose the best one for us. Additionally, I would say that the process with Rocket Mortgage was the most streamlined and customer friendly service I've experiences. I had tried to work with two other refinancing agencies. I've also refinanced a car and financed a new car recently. They could all learn a lot from Michael and Rocket Mortgage. Michael made me feel like he wanted my business and enjoyed working with me. The other places felt like if I jumped through all their hoops maybe they would permit me to borrow money from them.
