Not 1 time but many times Shelly was on the telephone with Direct student loan services trying to help us figure out a solution. Also, Shelly referred me to the credit repair department to build and repair my credit. Thanks Kyle. Finally, My Seller was not will to come to the table on any concessions or fees which would had killed the deal of me buying the house.
