I hired Nathan Dautovich to list my condo in downtown Toronto. I paid for the $4K marketing package. He convinced me that virtual staging was all I needed. One offer came in, and I didn't like the price. That was it. There was no phone call, email, or check-in for the next two months. When I told him he was fired, he convinced me I should give him another chance. I waited for another ten ...I hired Nathan Dautovich to list my condo in downtown Toronto. There was no phone call, email, or check-in for the next two months. When I told him he was fired, he convinced me I should give him another chance. I waited for another ten days, and again, nothing. No phone call, email or follow-up. His brokerage firm was much more reasonable; they cancelled my contract when I asked. I switched to another brokerage. They hired professional cleaners and a staging company, and a professional photographer. I received multiple offers. My condo was sold for $127K over asking. The most important fact is that my unit set a new price for the building; it's something Nathan told me I would never be able to get since I rejected the offer he negotiated for me. Private sell company don't give general public a good impression, but not Nathan Dautovich, He is professional, knowledgeable and best of all is try to save you tons of commission in your own pocket, I would highly recommend Nathan to anyone who try to sell their property privately. You won't be disappointed.
