Rich is a rockstar! I didn't expect to find my home before ending my lease and here I was with less than 4 weeks from putting in an offer to my desired closing date. My realtor assured me that if anyone could get it done, it would be Rich and he did. He even helped out when clearing the title seemed to be dragging. I definitely felt like I was in good hands through my first home buying experience....Rich is a rockstar!
