He guided me thru the process and informed me about every detail. Always was there for all my question. I think he deserve more than 5 starts. I will definitely work with him again. Too bad I can’t give more than 5 stars! Josh is absolutely a great person to handle your mortgage any day of the week (yes he will even call on the weekend). I had a very bad experience with a local lender and decided to give Rocket Mortgage a try. I am so glad I did and even more happier I got Josh as my guy. Every step he has guided me with ease!

Josh was very helpful in being available and discussing details of the process for home loan. He was there on weekend and holiday for information. I am going with a local bank because they will give me the same rates and because they are local and I believe in working with local whenever possible this has nothing to do with Josh.
