If a borrower is not ready today, I advise them on the steps that they can be ready tomorrow. While working on pre-approvals, I make sure every door has been opened before I allow a door to be closed on a possible loan for my clients. I am well versed in all guidelines this allows me to advise you on your loans before they get to underwriting. This means no surprises due to your income and or credit, this means you will make it to the closing table and to all my Realtor Partners this means that I stand by every pre-approval that I issue and when I issue one you and our borrower will soon hear those wonderful words you are CLEAR TO CLOSE!

This is my second go round with Ms May. She was actually the banker that we used to buy to the house that we just finished refinanced. Ms May is a professional to the highest degree. She’s very informative, and no questions is to trivial or”stupid” to ask her. If I should happen to refinance again or want to buy another house Ms May will be my go to.
