Allen was the lender for the buyer that submitted an offer for my listing. Not only did he call me back immediately *on a federal holiday*, but also after 5pm. Allen is not your average lender! We also received the clear to close 10 days after doing under contract and 7 days prior to closing. Allen and his team are spectacular! Highly recommend!!!
