Despite me transitioning from my 24 yrs of active duty military service and having the difficulty of providing income statements as a civilian, Angela and the staff were able to still make my closing happen with zero flaws. I was fortunate to have virtually met and worked with her and her staff. Her tacit and explicit knowledge are above reproach. Angela was great to work with. After starting our purchase process, our plans and timing changed. But several months later we restarted the process having already made an offer on a home. We reached out directly to Angela to reconnect and she quickly got our pre-approval later that same day. And she followed through with us until it moved beyond her to underwriting and final closing steps.
