Ive met many good people, but Ive got to say Jake is one of the Best Ive met so far, extremely polite in any and all situations, he was very willing to put in the extra elbow grease to make sure things ran smooth and was complete. He took my calls late at night, and helped walk me through things I didn't understand. Extremely professional!
