Worst experience of my life. Well, almost. Would be hard to knock the ex-husband from that slot. Talking to Justin was like talking to a used car salesman. More than once, I suggested he give me a list of what WAS required rather than NOT needed. I hung up on him and asked to be assigned to someone else. They assigned me to his boss who CLEARLY knew how to handle a loan. I was an existing customer...Worst experience of my life. Well, almost. Would be hard to knock the ex-husband from that slot.
