Kevin was a breath of fresh air!! He was our Go-to-Guy for ALL questions and he was very efficient in answering them in a timely manner whether it was through a quick phone call or a text. We have been working on a potential home for the last ~ 2 months with Kevin. The house we hoped to buy is 100 years old and requires a lot of work and renovations. We worked hard with the owners to make a deal considering the work this home needed, and Kevin was there every step of the way. We worked hard with the owners to make a deal considering the work this home needed, and Kevin was there every step of the way. In these two months of negotiations, which unfortunately didn’t go our way, Kevin kept in close communication with us each week. I’d say we spoke about twice each week going over details, questions, paperwork information, status updates, etc. Kevin called, emailed and texted us (with our permission) at convenient and appropriate times to check in with our needs. He was never pushy, has always been polite, and is very knowledgeable at his job. Kevin is personable and considerate, and we felt very comfortable each and every step we took towards buying this home. Unfortunately, this house was much more of an investment than what it’s worth, and we ultimately pulled the plug. We went as far paying for an independent inspection and had contractor estimates done with our offer, and we’re close to making the deal. Kevin has been kind and courteous to our decisions and process through it all, even though this didn’t come to fruition. As we move forward, we plan to go to Kevin at Rocket Mortgage for his experience, expertise, and exceptional customer service. We truly can’t say enough good things about him. We’re looking forward to our next opportunity for the chance to work with him again soon. We feel comfortable and confident in our business with Rocket Mortgage because of Kevin.
