It's unfortunate that 5 stars is the limit to be honest. Having Michael handling our loan felt a lot like I imagine it felt to bet on Mike Tyson in his prime. Literally every moment Michael was two steps ahead paving a clear path for us to buy a home. He is a wealth of knowledge and a stellar communicator who was always available when I needed him.
