Poor communication, could not answer questions and had to place me on hold constantly. Terrible with timing, would lead with I need a quick 5 mins and we'd be on the phone for almost an hour. Constantly out of office and would not always give me a backup or let me know when he'd be out. He made this a terrible experience and because of him solely I would never recommend this to anyone else
