Not so good experience. I would not recommend working with Nate. We went through the whole process of getting a home loan. We were minutes away from being approved then all of a sudden he linked some student loan to our SS# and it completely screwed up everything. 2 months later he cannot tell us what happened. He messed up big time and cannot confess to his mistake.
