We have used rocket at least twice prior to our new purchase. She is the reason we decided to use Rocket for the 3rd time. She is knowledgeable, pleasant, kind and very thorough. She made sure all our paper work was done, correctly and that anything and everything was covered so we would have no issues in underwriting.
