I vividly recall navigating to Rocket Mortgage website one evening in January. I was hoping to locate an affordability calculator to determine how much I would qualify for an home, after a few minutes of answering some questions online, I noticed an incoming call from Rocket mortgage. I was at first surprised and hesitant. On the line came Rosie who was very polite, patient and easy to talk to; my wife and I felt a sense of calm speaking with her. After years of dreaming of owning a home, we became hopeful and a few minutes later we were pre- qualified . Fast forward to less than 30 days later our offer on a home was accepted and we have since closed. We couldn’t have done this without Rosie. She always made sure to check in with us throughout the process. She sent us useful articles that were very informative. We are truly grateful that our paths crossed with Rosie’s and looking back now we wouldn’t not have had it any other way. Thank you so much Rosie for your kindness and support throughout the process.
