I've worked with Samuel twice now, 1st we bought our last house and recently refinancing. We're going to buy another house and move, but we could not find a house we wanted. I was very disappointed with my experience with Samuel. I am a first-time homebuyer with a strong credit score. Samuel would not take the time to explain loan options to me or work with me to find options to suit my needs. After several requests, he provided me with an FHA loan estimate. When I asked to see an estimate using a conventional, he refused to even run the numbers for me. I asked to set...I was very disappointed with my experience with Samuel.
