Sarah was very professional and knowledgable. unfortunately, we caught her just before her vacation time. After that, everything went down hill. The appraisal team was a disaster and our loan amount kept going down. The appraiser and Rocket employee had no idea what was important in the state of Florida when buying a house. Realtors on both sides (buying and selling) appealed the appraisal with ...Sarah was very professional and knowledgable. unfortunately, we caught her just before her vacation time. The appraiser and Rocket employee had no idea what was important in the state of Florida when buying a house. Realtors on both sides (buying and selling) appealed the appraisal with CURRENT neighborhood comps and Florida requirements which were ignored. Also, we were one day late closing (which could have cost US money) because Rocket did not get the paperwork in on time (Rocket had 2 months to get it done). I would never use or recommend Rocket to anyone.
