Tyler misled us on what we could be approved for. My husband is eligible for VA loan. He kept hedging throughout the process. Told us and realtor that the price we were selling our house for would be enough to cover the things we needed to do and then said it wasn't and because we didn't sell for higher amount he couldn't get us into the house we found. Then when asked to provide a letter saying Rocket couldn't help us with financing he basically tried to put it on us saying my husband had delinquent accounts although my husband's debts are in good standing. Another lender said they are not even sure how he said we were approved at the amount he said. Wanted us to see if we could get gufted money by someone to help pay off a debt and still said it wouldn't be a guarantee.
