We’ve used Rocket Mortgage for four deals now, but unfortunately, their standards seem to have declined. Adam, who is supposedly well-versed in the mortgage industry, showed a concerning lack of understanding when it came to business tax returns—especially interpreting depreciation, liabilities, and other key aspects of self-employed income.
