She grabbed her phone and called Alex. She gave him a brief explanation, handed the phone to me and within MINUTES I was provided with a pre-approval. I was overwhelmed w/gratitude and cried like a baby. Before the end of the day, Alex walked me through accessing & providing all documentation needed to possibly close on the home of my dreams.
