Alex was very attentive and knowledgeable. I didn't know the best way to get to my end goal, but he listened to what I was trying to achieve and made it happen in the most cost efficient way. The loan process was quick and easy and not once did I feel stressed.

I like that the process is easy and simple. However, i don't like the fact that they are trying to sell me $9, 500 discount points knowing the interest rate are falling. The also promise me $1, 200 discount on closing which I din't get.
