I was leary at first after receiving a cold call about reworking my home loan, but after I checked to see Annette was indeed from rocket mortgage I eased up and saw the benefits she was able to get gor me. Everything went really fast from start to finish I believe it took less than 2 months.

Annette did her best, her background supporting teams were dragging their feet. It took 105 days to close the loan. I think Rocket mortgage can do better, faster. I also lost the my interest rate by a point... In my opinion there should be more better communication among different teams, within Rocket mortgage company.

Annette was the MOST unavailable person I've dealt with! Claiming to always in meetings and not returning my calls. She didn't upload information I sent her for completing my task. The list goes on and on!!
