Beware!!! What started out great turned into no answers and multiple hidden charges as well as interest rate changing even after signing lock in documents. As soon as you start questioning charges, communication becomes less. Also be smart and print out every documment you sign. Went back to look for docs that I signed online and they have all disappeared.

As I started to check on line for a refinance lender I noticed Rocket came right to the top of the list. Having heard good things about Rocket I decided to start an initial look on their website on a Sunday afternoon. To my surprise I was able to talk with Tony that day, yes, on a Sunday I was able to get the process started with Tony no pressure what so ever.
