I was interested in a lower home equity loan rate and received a return call from Austin N. He was polite, professional, and well informed. Despite the fact that he was not able to help me with my loan due to its lower balance and bank policies, he was able to assist me in other ways. I had asked him a few questions re: my credit score and he highlighted 2 problems I was not aware of. Austin was very helpful in giving me suggestions on how I might rectify these issues now and in the future. Despite the fact he could not assist me w/my loan, I was grateful for his suggestions and his personal interest in our finances. Thank you Austin for your time and insight during our call.
