Dave was very professional and courteous. He listened to my thoughts to what I wanted to accomplish over the next 3-5years and we made a plan. The numbers he quoted were very close to the actual numbers at closing. I really appreciate his honesty and not using a pressuring approach. Fantastic fast experience. I will use Dave again with Rocket Mortgage or where ever he lands in the future. :)

I was initially fine with the service I received from Mr. Sulick. I reached out when there was an issue and was told it was handled, it was not. Then when an issue arose at closing, I did my due diligence and reach out to Mr. Sulick concerning the issue. he said everything was fine, there were no issues and that we were good to close. I specifically asked if there was an issue, would they ...I was initially fine with the service I received from Mr. Sulick. I reached out when there was an issue and was told it was handled, it was not. Then when an issue arose at closing, I did my due diligence and reach out to Mr. Sulick concerning the issue. he said everything was fine, there were no issues and that we were good to close. I specifically asked if there was an issue, would they resolve it before the closing because I didn't want to have them coming to me in a week or two and saying that I owed money out of pocket. I was again reassured that was no going to happen. That they don't do that. Well, that is exactly what happened. To the point of having to completely redo by refinance after I had already signed the papers. I was outright lied to by two different staffers including Mr. Sulick and for a company that is so concerned with customer service, no one seemed to want to do anything to help me. When the 2nd refinance occurred, I asked specifically to Mr. Sulick if there were any charges that were going to be incurred past what was done two weeks earlier on the refinance. I was told no. And there were additional charges, all be it minor, that did occur. I am not in any way happy with the service I received. Again, for a company who preaches customer satisfaction, I have received none.
