Gino was fantastic to work with. My account had gotten transferred to him during a time when I had just contacted RM to get a prequal letter but hadn't quite found a house yet. I had not even had a chance to speak to him yet when I had an offer accepted on a house and my realtor sent over my offer to him. He knew the mortgage rates were going up, and the Ukraine/Russia thing was just kicking ...Gino was fantastic to work with. He knew the mortgage rates were going up, and the Ukraine/Russia thing was just kicking off, lots of things happening that made the rates fluctuate. He suspected the rates would open the next morning higher than what they were that day so he went ahead and got me locked in on a rate that night when he received my offer acceptance letter. Sure enough, the rates opened a couple points higher the next morning. The mortgage brokers I had worked with in the past would never have thought to do that. Gino was super helpful and very reassuring when I had concerns about the loan process. He kept me informed on every step of the process, he always answered my calls or returned them in a timely manner. He definitely stayed on top of the loan process even while on vacation with his family, he called to check how things were progressing.
