I did a refinance with Rocket Mortgage (RM) and had a great experience from start to finish. I was not sure about doing this through an online mortgage lender, but Hannah guided me through the whole process and explained everything in detail. She also followed up on any questions I had, and I never felt overwhelmed at any time.
