A VERY pushy representative. I told him several times that I was satisfied with my debt management and did not need any loan product at this time. He refused to take no for an answer. This was very annoying. I will not be pushed into a process no matter how much MONEY he promised I could save. He should re-access his approach. I will seek dept products from other lenders from now on.

Jamie is right on point. From the beginning to the end of the refi process. He always followed up and stay in contact at all times, weather if it was a call, email or text, very quick to response. I was able to do e-closing from my kitchen table drinking my cup of coffee and slippers on, never left the house. Rocket Mortgage made it very convenient and hassle free. To make things even better I closed at 10:30 am and by 1pm I already had money in my account, that's what I call Rocket. Jamie went above and beyond for us during our refinance. We had several things pop up that could have derailed the whole thing. Luckily Jamie was there via text and phone to answer all our questions even when I was sitting in trainings or teaching the first week of kindergarten.

As things arose during the final days before closing, Jamie would still answer my questions via text when other staff would only chat with me if I answered when they called me.

Occasionally when he didn’t know an answer, or information needed to be given directly to a different department he knew who I needed to contact and sent me all their information. He would also follow up so he knew the answer if it ever happened again.
