Screwed our income up in the beginning and once it was discovered, we never heard from her again. We were punted to another representative at Rocket from that point on. The entire experience was one flub after another. Had it not been for my constant request for updates...we would still never have closed this loan. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY SERVICES FROM ROCKET MORTGAGE.

Julia was extremely helpful! She was the person that I worked with on the second try to get a refinance on my home. On the first try, the fellow that I was working refused to return my calls after I refused to paint my house since it was just painted 2 years ago! The deal fell through, to say the least. That's when Julia enters and saves me from leaving rocket mortgage with a very bad opinion. ...Julia was extremely helpful! She was the person that I worked with on the second try to get a refinance on my home.
