Very happy with the mortgage team as a whole. Kassem was actually having a hard time getting my loan package where it needed to be and referred me to a senior consultant. Justin was able to make it work and get me where I needed to be. I ended up closing early September, missed 2 mortgage payments and got my escrow refund.
