Kris was great! Only one thing-could there be another way of paying off creditors? Sending checks to me to send elsewhere was inconvenient. I normally pay bills electronically so it would be easier for me to have the funds in my bank account than having to go to the post office on my lunch break and having to overnight a check elsewhere. Just a suggestion, otherwise a great experience.

While my experience with Kris was ok I feel he handed my file on to the next person without answering some important questions I never got answers to because it was left up to me to find out. I feel he should have had a little more knowledge about refinancing
