I have never had a better experience in working with a loan officer than I have had with Lisa Mitag at Rocket Mortgage. Not only was Lisa the most helpful and thorough financial person I have ever worked with, she was also the most innovative in fixing problems that were caused by me throughout the mortgage process. There were at least three "wrenches" that I threw into the mix which could have ...I have never had a better experience in working with a loan officer than I have had with Lisa Mitag at Rocket Mortgage. Not only was Lisa the most helpful and thorough financial person I have ever worked with, she was also the most innovative in fixing problems that were caused by me throughout the mortgage process. There were at least three "wrenches" that I threw into the mix which could have easily derailed my application, yet with each "wrench" Lisa found innovative ways to fix my mistakes and make the process work in spite of what I had done. Lisa was very considerate and yet the process was extremely dysfunctional. Between several depts., various people, the fact that we have been loyal clients, we believe we were treated with inconsistencies, poor communication, and hiding behind guidelines instead of being customer-centric.
