I found Max to be very familiar with the product, professional and adept about the loan I was pursuing, patient with my inabilities, willing to do whatever it took to explain and make sure I understood. I didn't make it easy for him at times but he NEVER made me feel dense or brainless. Like a good teacher, he helped me by thinking of other ways to explain things ...If I could add stars, I would!
