Paul has great manners, professional, patient and kind person. He went above and beyond assisting me in our mortgage journey. I would give Paul 5 stars everyday. He was so patient, kind, helpful and available way to much for our questions. This processes was much more confusing than last time. Without Paul advisement we would have been lost. If he couldn't answer a question right away he would find the answer and call us back ASAP.
