Please read this before you hire this person to help you with your mortgage. I started an application with him and after I sent my employment paperwork it became clear that I could not get the cashout amount I needed to go forward with the refinance. I started an application with him and after I sent my employment paperwork it became clear that I could not get the cashout amount I needed to go forward with the refinance. Once he told me the numbers that I qualified for, I thanked him for his time and asked him to withdraw my application. Since then it has been a nightmare, he continued texting me over the weekend. I had to call management to get him to stop contacting me. Even after that he passed my info to his colleague to contact me. On top of it Rocketmortage called my employer to verify employment and told them about my other evening work (i could have lost my job to that) . It has been a terrifying experience. No means NO. I am not sure how many times I had to say it for Rocketmortgage to stop and withdraw my application.Read MoreRead Less
